With more than 25 years of financial services experience, Mark helps individuals, families, business owners, farmers, and ranchers make informed financial decisions. Whether a client has a specific question or needs a broader strategy, he takes the time to understand what matters to them and explain their choices clearly.
Mark is a CFA® charterholder, a CFP® professional, and a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he earned his MBA with high honors. He also serves as president of the West River Estate and Financial Planning Council.
His experience includes advising international institutional investors and managing portfolios for hedge funds and insurance companies. He brings that broad perspective to each client relationship, helping make complex financial issues understandable and relevant to the decisions at hand.
Mark believes effective financial guidance begins with listening. His approach combines thoughtful analysis, practical recommendations, and straightforward communication to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
Away from the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, their four sons, and the family dog. He is active in his faith community, serves as a church reader, and enjoys restoring classic vehicles. His current project is rebuilding a 1929 Ford Model AA firetruck—work that requires patience, persistence, practical problem-solving, and respect for something worth preserving. Those same values shape how he helps individuals, business owners, farmers, and ranchers protect what they have built and prepare for what comes next.
